My style of training centers around my own style of working out. The methods and exercises that I use to train clients will be the same exact ones that I use for myself! I focus on the fundamentals over everything, so that an exercise will have the greatest outcome on an individuals body, and in turn, their goals. Squat variations, Lunge variations, core training, compound upper body movements, whatever your individual goals may call for, we will master the movement, and build from a solid foundation! Much of my fitness journey has been spent working out from my own home, with my own body as equipment, so I am extremely confident in helping YOU build your best body from YOUR own home!
