Over the past decade of my fitness journey, I've tried a wide range of fitness and diet programs. Who hasn't? There are many paths than any person can embark on to achieve their desired goals, yet one thing has been clear for me throughout all the chaos of the unknown...you have to do what is best for YOU!
Finding this balance personally has come with trial and error. Success and failure. Research and planning...on, and on. Many fitness plans and diets focus on the obvious, lower your calories, do squats, blah blah blah, and less on catering it's substance to a person's individuality. We are all unique, and those unique qualities call for unique specificities. My fitness and diet philosophies are completely centered around finding what works for YOU, and less on what works for everyone else! we all have limitations to an extent. whether that is diet related, or even physically related, or both. I don't believe any of that should hold an individual back from reaching their goals.
I believe in functional fitness, and sustainable dieting. Workout programs that will actually improve your quality of life for the future, while aiding everyday activities and movements, and sustainable dieting that doesn't restrict your ability to live your life to the fullest & cut your favorite foods or drinks from your life. That's not enjoyable, or sustainable!
All of this is to sum up what I believe is the most important role that I, as your personal trainer, can help fulfill. I want to use my knowledge and experience to help guide you towards a path that is designed for YOU. whether you're a busy mother, or an athlete trying to gain muscle mass...The only important thing is what works best for YOU!
